At The Kit House, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and customer responsibilities regarding delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders containing personalized kits (custom name/number, patches, or special sizes) may require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation before shipment.

3. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $3 USD, applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your package at any time using the link provided.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other import fees as required by your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
6. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. It is common for packages to arrive a few days apart.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipment date, please contact us at support@thekitspot.com so we can investigate and assist.
If tracking information shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date to allow us to file a claim with the carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
9. Non-Delivery Due to Refusal
If you refuse delivery of an order, any outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
