Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our official online store. By completing a transaction on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are available for returned merchandise that complies with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be received in acceptable condition as determined by our quality control inspection before any refund is processed.

3. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase unless the customer elects to receive store credit. We reserve the right to offer store credit in lieu of a refund where the original payment method is no longer valid or available.

4. Timing of Refund

Refunds are processed within five (5) business days from the date the returned merchandise has been received and approved by our quality control department. Depending on the payment provider, it may take an additional three (3) to seven (7) business days for the credit to appear in the customer’s account.

5. Store Credit Option

Customers may choose to receive an instant store credit equal to the value of the returned merchandise. In certain cases, a bonus credit may be applied at our sole discretion as a gesture of goodwill.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or customized merchandise (except in cases of confirmed defect or error attributable to us).

  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion clearly marked as “non-returnable.”

7. Partial Refunds

Where items are returned damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging, we may apply a restocking fee or grant a partial refund at our discretion.

8. Refusal of Refund

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if the returned merchandise fails to meet the conditions stated above, or if evidence suggests misuse, fraud, or abuse of our return policy.
